This hotel had amazing facilities and a great location. I loved that it was so clean and tidy, and the staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was also really tasty, and I had no problems finding parking. Also, the fact that it was located so close to the subway made it really convenient for sightseeing.

Good location but not easy to find? the Hotel starts on the 9th floor of a shopping complex, room clean but the Air Conditioning was not very cold

Location is tops. Room is clean and comfortable with big windows to match. Housekeeping service is efficient. Rooms have wifi access apart from its business center which provides free internet and wifi facilities.
Airconditioning is not turned on until you request them to do so. I did not notice this at first since it was a bit cold during our stay. You must inform the reception to turn on your room airconditioning. The temperature control box in the room does not work! No breakfast is included in the room rate. There should be more Englis Channels in its cable tv.

Amazing room, comfortable beds, helpful staff, great location near the beach, Haeundae traditional market. Large room for the price. Tasty breakfast.
Couldn't stay longer.

I do like the location. It is not as close to the beach as they would like you to think, but it is just a short walk. It is on top of a dept store, and within walking distance of many restaurants, the subway, and a shopping center with a Megabox movie theatre. The room was as described and very clean. The bathroom amenities were also a good surprise. There is also a good selection of English tv channels.
The air conditioning is set by the front desk, and is on for 2 hours and off for 2 hours. It is set to 25c unless you complain, and then they will turn it down to 23c, but our room was still really hot even with the windows open. The solution was that the front desk gave us 2 fans to help with the heat. So, if you like a cold room, this might not be the hotel for you. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

Staff were excellent, - i needed to get train time-tables for next morning, and i called front desk to know where the nearest train station is, and staff went extra miles with time tables to deliver to my room with explanations.
9th is the lobby but no hassles to enter as there are 2 lifts service.

The hotel's location is a great starting point to explore the city, being close to both the beach and the subway station. there's a department store nearby, which offers a good shopping experience. the balcony view is a plus, with lots of neon lights to admire at night.
The room lighting is dim, making it a bit hard to see properly. this wasn't a major issue.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location is excellent, right in the heart of the Haeundae tourist area and within walking distance to the beach. Secondly, the hotel is conveniently situated between Haeundae beach and the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were friendly and provided good service. Finally, the rooms offered a great view of the area, which was a nice bonus.
While my stay at this hotel was overall very good, there is one aspect that could be improved - the noise level from the street below can sometimes be a bit bothersome.

the location is near the red light district.

Location, very prominent. Even if I got loss, the hotel located beside a shopping center called Safe Zone, can be easily seen from faraway. The staff are quite friendly. Little english can be spoken. Overall, the bed is comfortable, the room is big for two.
The room looks old, and bathroom necessities provided looks like leftover by previous occupants. The bathroom needs some renovation. The balcony is too close to next door's one.

This hotel is situated at a really convenient location, just a short walk from the lively Haeundae tourist area and the stunning beach. We loved that it is nestled between the beach and the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is located right above a large department store, which is perfect for some retail therapy during your stay.
